E-Mail listserves, Yahoo Groups, Google, etc.

Prior to the advent of the St. Louis Scooter Forum, most communication between scooter scenesters in St. Louis took place on various "Yahoo Groups". Though largely defunct now, a few still exists and occasionally get some traffic. Below is a list of those remaining and a little background on each.

St. Louis Scooterist Scene - The Original scooter scenester group that started it all. One of the last public remnants of the Hard Luck SC, and St. Louis one source of information on all things of the "traditional scooter scene". Music, style, scooters, and of course random banter. If you're at all into the Mod scene, a scooterboy, or looking to link up with scooterboys past, this Group is probably your best line of communication. Public archive, and RSS Feed available.

St. Louis Scooter Talk - Some area riders did not care for the banter on the StL Scooterist Scene group, and this group was formed as an outlet for general scooter and off-topic chat for the members of the now disbanded "St. Louis Scooter Riders Club" Yahoo Group. Public message archive and RSS Feed available.

St. Louis Scooter Rides - When the St. Louis Scooter Forum came online, the plug was quickly pulled on the above-mentioned "St. Louis Scooter Riders Club" Yahoo Group. Some folks protested, and this Group was quickly created to take its place. Closed archive, members only.
